Jamie Peacock MBE, Head of Rugby at Hull Kingston Rovers said, ‘Great leadership is about inspiring the people around you to grow and develop so that together you can achieve your shared goals and be successful. I urge anyone who wants to build their leadership skills to join us for this event. The HEY100 Leadership Programme is a fantastic opportunity that the entire region will benefit from.’

The HEY100 Leadership Programme, a free leadership and management development series, is open to managers and leaders in Hull and East Yorkshire. It aims to cultivate leadership excellence to further strengthen the region’s voluntary, social and cultural sectors.

Helen Bissett, Managing Director at H&H, a leading UK communications agency based in Yorkshire added, ‘In my experience, it is the quality of leadership that makes the difference. Everyone is capable of individually achieving great things, but it’s leadership that gels the potential together into something extraordinary. If you passionately care about your organisation’s success, this is an event not to be missed.’

Dawn Austwick, Chief Executive of the Big Lottery Fund, will deliver a keynote speech about generous leadership, and there will be question and answer sessions when event attendees can find out more about the HEY100 leadership series, and sign up for training and leadership opportunities.

The HEY100 launch is on 26 January from 10 - 12:30. Tickets are free.
