The Emerging Leader programme will work with a group of 24 experienced managers to provide them with the skills necessary to succeed as a leader in the social or cultural sectors.

Over the course of seven months, participants will reflect on their own authentic leadership style, understand their strengths and areas for development, focus on the wider systems in which they exist and increase their understanding to working with and through others.

With extensive face-to-face learning, including individual coaching, a personalised 360 review and two residentials, the programme will also provide a host of opportunities to build strong networks with participants from across the social and cultural sectors in Hull & East Yorkshire. Successful participants on the programme will receive the title of Clore Social Fellow and will join the nationwide Fellowship network.
