A series of evening sessions for CEOs and Senior Leaders, led by expert facilitators and designed to engage, challenge and inspire.
Running from: March - November
Upcoming session: 24 October, 5:30 pm – 9 pm
Masterclasses are a forum for senior leaders to come together to learn, debate and collaborate on some of the most pressing issues facing social and cultural sector organisations. Over the course of the programme, seven evening sessions will take place, each focusing on a different area and facilitated by a topic expert. Sessions will be held in Hull at Gosschalks and C4Di.
Areas covered will include: achieving social change and success in the digital age, the ethics of social leadership, applying an entrepreneurial mindset, creating sustainable organisations and planning for the future.
The programme will give senior leaders the space to challenge their perceptions of leadership and an opportunity to work with a cohort to discuss and gain insight into new ways of thinking and leading.
Time Commitment - 15-20 hours, including the seven face-face evening sessions.
The Masterclass programme is open to Chief Executive Officers or Directors (or equivalent) of a social or cultural organisation. No past leadership development experience is necessary, but an understanding of social leadership informed through your leadership experience is a must.
